Families, Mental Illness, and the Judicial System

Family Services Program Zoom-Based Class

This 6-hour class is designed for anyone who has a mentally ill loved one that is currently or formerly involved with the judicial system; or is in risk of becoming involved. The Judicial System Family Orientation Class will follow the same curriculum as the Family Orientation Class that has been offered through TMHA for the past 4 years, with a focus on our mentally ill loved ones and the justice system. Our goal is to help our mentally ill loved ones navigate and minimize continuing legal sanctions as they make progress in recovery and meet legal justice obligations. Participants must attend the entire 6-hour workshop to receive materials. This class is free.
