As community need has become more pronounced, TMHA has expanded the agency's Homeless Services program, and currently serves over 450 clients annually.

70NOW

 

En Español 70NOW is a multidisciplinary case management team model developed to house the 70 most vulnerable homeless adults in the County using a Housing First approach. The team is made up of a Nurse, Psychiatric Technician, Therapist and Peer Support Specialist who work to house the 70 most vulnerable homeless adults and has 70 housing choice vouchers through Housing Authority of San Luis Obispo to help that happen.

En Español Permanent Supportive Housing Program has 57 rooms in a variety of houses and apartments for disabled chronically homeless individuals and family members with housing units in San Luis Obispo, Los Osos, Atascadero, Arroyo Grande and Pismo Beach.
