Clinical Services

TMHA operates a number of programs that provide our clients with 24/7 services, team-based response, case management and/or licensed clinical treatment. All of these programs require a referral from San Luis Obispo County Behavioral Health Services or County of Santa Barbara Department of Behavioral Wellness.

En Español A collection of MHSA funded Teams that provide intensive community-based wrap around services to help people in recovery live independently. Program participants are assisted in their efforts to gain the skills needed to make choices that reflect their own values, preferences, and goals; supports are developed to meet each person's needs and to empower each individual to attain their highest level of independence possible.

Lompoc ACT

Lompoc ACT

 

En Español An assertive community treatment team, designed to meet each individual where they are.  The Lompoc ACT team provides treatment, support and rehabilitation services to 80 consumers in the community with a "whatever it takes" 24/7/365 approach.

Please note: In-person services will continue on a limited basis for essential individual services only. Telephone and telehealth services will be utilized where possible. Limited transportation will be provided during this time to ensure the health and safety of clients and staff. All groups, outings and events will be postponed. Crisis and urgent services will be performed while observing CDS guidelines on preventative safety measures. Santa Maria Supportive Community Services

Santa Maria Supportive Community Services

 

En Español A less-intensive program than the ACT model above, Santa Maria Supportive Community Services supports 115 adults and older adults with severe and persistent mental illness to recover, and live independently. The team is available 24/7, 365 days a year and works alongside each client in the community to achieve their treatment goals.
