Nelson Street Studios

Nelson Street Studios is a development of 5 studio units plus laundry room, carport and garage in Arroyo Grande. We provide affordable housing for low and very low income residents in South San Luis Obispo County who have a diagnosed mental illness and referred from the Behavioral Health Department. This community is located next to our Wellness Center, in the City’s downtown historic area. The Wellness Center on site continues to be used for rehabilitation programs for South County residents and their family members. Programs include independent living skills education, employment preparation, support groups, and family support and counseling.
