Permanent Supportive Housing

Permanent Supportive Housing Program has 57 rooms in a variety of houses and apartments for disabled chronically homeless individuals and family members with housing units in San Luis Obispo, Los Osos, Atascadero, Arroyo Grande and Pismo Beach. Entry into the program is through a Coordinated Entry process where the most vulnerable San Luis Obispo County residents are identified and placed as openings occur. As there are no maximum length of stay, program tenants can remain in the housing program for as long as they remain eligible and require supportive housing assistance.
