SLO County Open Case Housing Info

Clients who are actively engaging In County Behavioral Health Mental Health services and meet county eligibility upon prescreening are able to be referred to TMHA’s housing waitlist with coordination from their County Behavioral Health case manager.

Clients will need to remain engaged at County Behavioral Health to remain active on waitlist.
