SLO Wellness Centers Virtual Support Groups and Classes

We will help you navigate the process!

TMHA Wellness Centers are pleased to announce that we are now offering Virtual Support Groups and Classes! Wellness Center Members are welcome to register for groups hosted by their specific center. Only current members of that center are open attending these groups. Anyone interested in joining these groups yet is not a member will need to connect directly with the Center Supervisor to start the process of filling out a Member Info Packet. The groups are offered through ZOOM and require a phone, smart phone, or computer to participate with audio only or video. We can help walk you through the process! Monday Groups

10:00-11:00am: Hope House- Navigating Depression (Joe) If current events have got you down or you've struggled with depression at any time, this is the place to share, learn, and practice strategies that get you going again. 11:00-12:30pm: Hope House- Voices & Visions (Mike A. & Michelle) For anyone who has heard voices or seen visions, this is a safe space to talk about your experiences and find support.
